All titles and copyrights in and related to the Software (including but not limited to any logos, images, photographs, animations, video, sound effect, music, text and applets incorporated into the Software) and any documented data contained or obtained or upgraded online, are owned by Desktop Angel, except for title and copyrights as related to Third Party Software, which belong to their respective legal owner(s).

1. In the event you fail to execute the Software, no matter whether Desktop Angel has been informed of such failure, Desktop Angel is not liable for the damage caused to you. The aforementioned damage includes damage to any of your hardware, software, or loss of data.

2. Desktop Angel does not guarantee executability of the Software on all your computers.
